On the Horn Pad which is in the Center of your steering wheel there are Electrical Contacts that are separated by foam rubber-AFTER time the rubber disintegrates(goes bad) & the con---tacts make contact & your horn starts making Noise.IF yr good U can make strips 2 go in between so yr horn will blow.
