The temperature sending unit on a 1977 302 engine is on the front. It is located in front of and to the right of the intake manifold.
45, for an iron intake, 35 for aluminum.
On my 1977 Ford 302 engine it was mounted on the back of a spacer between the carburetor and the intake manifold - underneath the air filter - I don't know if yours is the same
It's usually screwed into the intake manifold towards the front, near the thermostat housing.
start with center bolts and work your way out in a circular patternaltenating from side to side
if v8 it is in water neck or right behind on intake mantifold /strait 6 water neck or intake on side moter
Only if you also use the 89 cylinder heads.
A Sharp Intake of Breath was created on 1977-07-28.
The cast of Kikkassen - 1965 includes: Casper Christensen as (1977) Bob Goldenbaum as Lillebror (1966-1977) Ingrid Skovgaard as Ingrid (1966-1977)
Try checking the vacuum hose from the booster to the intake manifold for cracks (ie. leaks). A can of carb cleaner lightly misted over the hose if there is a leak/crack will make the engine idle higher(Warning! Do while the engine is still fairly cool!). The same goes for the connection at the intake manifold itself. Also if the engine is underperforming (ie. running badly) this will also produce weak brakes (too little vacuum). And finally, if the engine idle is set too high it will also produce weak brakes(too little vacuum).
It's an Early Bronco by Ford, abbreviated EBR. The last year they were made was 1977 (made from 1966-1977). The engine is the classic 302. The coolest model (in my opinion) was the Stroppe Baja.
One bolt at the rear of the intake manifold holds a clamp that is shaped like a Y. Remove the bolt, take the clamp off and slightly twist or rock the distributor back and forth and lift it straight up.
