NO! That is very dangerous. It does not work. If you want 15 in tires you will have to use 15 in rims. They will fit, but you cant get enough air in it they will close to the side of the rim, also you wont never get them off the rim, you have to cut the tire in half.
yes u can just put air shocks on it or just go buy coil overs for it
No. When the technicians go to fill up the tire with air, it will most likely cause bubbling and can explode once on the road.
You can't add air to a normal shock. You need air shocks.
it will fit but it will also rub. you will have to put an air ride (bag) suspension on the car for it to work.
Before installing 20 inch rims on your 1991 Deville, you will need to buy new shocks and air sensors. This will help to make sure that the larger wheels do not rub against the other parts of the car, causing wear and damage.
The problem with the 24" rims is they're heavy, if you put air shocks on your car it will and I assure you, you will have an unpleasant ride. But if you are going to put gas, it will compensate for the offset of the rims but make sure you will put the best gas shocks and not the cheap ones because it will wear out easily obviously because of the weight compensation and the off set
Chevrolet Bel Air was created in 1953.
