The motor mounts on a 4.3 Liter Chevrolet will not work with a 5.7 liter engine. The motor mount from the 4.3 Liter will not be strong enough to hold the weight of the 5.7 liter engine.
it will fit you just have to drill new motor mounts and put a Chevy rear end in the car or a ford 9inch will work
Any four liter engine should work in your 1994 Ford Ranger cup truck. The Ford four liter engine may need the motor mounts to be changed.
yes with some modifing you need motor mounts and headers you can buy the kit but with a little work you can do it. the trans will not fit you need one for a small block Chevy
Not without a lot of work. You will need to replace the motor mounts, ECU and transmission. Far from a direct swap.
Externally they are both the same. The 389 motor mounts should work just fine.
No, the motor mounts are different and will not line up.
yes this will work but you might need to change your motor mounts
Yes, but the engines mounts are different and wiring. But it will work.
Yes. The 2.8L MPFI and 3.1L MPFI will use the same motor mounts, sensors, harness, ECM, and fuel injectors. It is virtually a direct swap.
The engine will fit and work the only thing you may have to do is change the motor mounts, the computer and wiering harness but it shoulod be fine
Yes it can I am doing the swap right now. If you are doing the swap in a s10 you have to buy headers and motor mounts and a oil filter relocation kit to clear the front diffrental.
One way to do it is with an engine hoist. Loosen and remove the through bolts in the motor mounts. Carefully raise the engine with the hoist until you have enough clearance to unbolt and remove the engine mounts. You must be careful and work slowly when raising the eingine, though.
