Not without an adapter plate. Chevrolet used one bellhousing pattern while Buick, Oldsmobile, and Pontiac all shared different one.

Chevrolet and Buick shared one pattern. Oldsmobile and Pontiac shared another.

There were some GM TH 350 transmissions made with dual bolt patterns.

I have seen an adapter to use a ford transmission with a Chevy engine.
