In clinical trials with dogs they used 1mg of zyrtec per 2 pounds of dog. So a 20 pound dog can take 10mg although with my 18 pound shiba the vet recommended 5mg. I would err on the lower dose.
GET HIM TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY. Zyrtec may be harmful or fatal to dogs if it is swallowed.

Please call your veterinarian. The normal dose for an adult person is 10mg, so 20mg is a lot for such a small animal.

There won't be enough DCon in a mouse to seriously harm a dog (unless it was a very small dog - even then highlyunlikely).
I think u can its like a small dog i dont see any harm to it!:)
Dogs should not have any tree or other nuts at all. A small amount will not harm the dog, but then again, why take the risk?
Do not give any human medicine to your dog unless you ask a vet.
No, its not good for a dog to eat paper. However, a small amount of paper is unlikely to cause any harm to the dog, as it would be dissolved in the dog's stomach.
The typical dosage of Zyrtec (cetirizine) for dogs is about 1 mg per pound of body weight, given once daily. For a 60-pound dog, this would equate to approximately 60 mg of Zyrtec. However, it's essential to consult a veterinarian before administering any medication to ensure safety and proper dosage for your specific pet.
