No, this is not the correct size for any 1996 Accord. The correct size is listed on the drivers door post and in your owners manual. You do not list if you have a DX. LX, or EX which all use a different size OEM tire. I am going to guess that the OEM size is 185/70-15 and you have a DX. If this is the case then you can install a 195/65-15 or 215/60-15 as long as there are no clearance issues when you turn the wheel fully right or left.
