No it won't the 360 has an almost perfectly round bell housing ..and the 300 6 is the small block bell housing which has the top two bolt holes higher so it will not line up

The air filter and housing need to be removed to gain access to the top of the transmission. The battery needs to be removed in order to gain access to the 3rd bolt holding the air filter housing in place. There are 3 bolts that hold the housing in place. The sensor is held in place by a 10 mm bolt. You may have to clean the area around the sensor in order to reveal the bolt.
