Regular oil You most likely have a FM-145 or FM-146. Use Sae 80w in your manual tranny.

it should be located on the back passenger side of the tranny...mine just went and my bronco wont shift gears it stays in second... i plan on fixing it tomorow
No, it will not fit, the motor and tranny are completely different, so it is not possible.
the one on the tranny is on the left side of the transmission, looks almost like a seashell
its on the rear diff. on top, theres another one on the rear of tranny too which i had to replace days ago...
