Things you'll need: Top hat, poster board, toy sheriff badges, sharp scissors, hot glue gun w/ glue to put into it, black markers or black paint.Step 1: Buy a top hat like the ones they wore with suits decades ago. And buy all the other things you will need.Step 2: With the little sheriff badges, trim off the edges so they will look like the razor logo.Step 3: Cut a long strip of the poster board about 1 1/2 to 2 inches.Step 4: Paint or color the strip of poster board black.Step 5: At the bottom of the top hat, where the rim meets the tall part, glue ,with the hot glue gun, on the poster board strip. But leave about 5mm between the rim and the tall part.Part 6: Glue the badges onto the strip of poster board.Part 7: Your ''Slash'' top hat should be finished...... Enjoy :)
