the pan will fit on the motor but the car pan wont fit in the truck and vice versa. as the cars pan is front sump and the Dakota is rear
yes is does
***SUM'S Answer***-As far as I know, owning a Dakota with a 318. Yeah it should work.
Yes I own a 91 Dakota with a stock 318. You may need to make some changes to the current mounts in the Dakota but it will fit. Be prepared to have the driveshaft cut down at a machine shop in order to make the system hook up right.
While anything is possible, that would not be a direct fit. The Dakota has a hydraulic control and the W150 is mechanical.
NoNo
yes
No, the 1993 needs EGRNo, the 1993 needs EGR
yes it will but you will have to buy motor plates to mount it in the car as the 318 motor mounts won't work.
Other 318's
if your car is a V8 now it should bolt in with no problem.
Nope, the Ram 50 was a compact pickup import from Mitsubishi, with a Mitsubishi engine and tranie, so a domestic 318 made to fit full-sized dodge trucks and the dakota/other big cars, won't fit onto a compact pickup tranie. Impossible.
not g6yft you take the 318 out first
