unfortunately not, they are entirely different chassis, and their dimensions are very different. (creative minds might suggest a sawz-all and a few gallons of bondo? haha) the 88-91 crx have longer wheel base, but atleast its longer, so you could modify it to fit, disc grinder, screws, rivets and body filler, and you can make anything work, good luck.
If by body kit you mean an aftermarket ground effects kit, then yes. But almost all brands of fiberglass body kits will require modification to fit.

Just search.Body kits for the Beretta are still available in extremely limited supply from GM and will bolt on to a Base model Beretta. As far as aftermarket goes, Erebuni, FX Designs, and others had marketed to Beretta owners. I'm not sure which are still in production. Someone of the bstuff.com forum may have more knowledge.
