-No it will not . My cousin had gotten them at 12 . I got it when I was 10 and a few days from 11 . Important is that you know everything about it and the most important is to wash your hands . Don't touch ANYTHING after washing your hands , everything has germs/bacteria . Don't rub the water on your pants ( I do that a lot when my hands are wet ) .
