i would not recommend it but yes you can. However just remember that when you do start to eat regular meals everyday again you will gain your weight a lot faster and more then what you lost also.!!!!

It is not advised. A person can not work on one meal a day.

You could say that it could cause you to gain more weight in the long run because your metabolism will slow down.

You may see slimming effects to begin with, however, as you begin to eat more normally again with more meals you will soon see the pounds pile back on again rapidly.
