Will only eating after 8 pm not 8 am or 800 really help you gain weight?

It could. Anything after 8 PM our thyroid and adrenal gland slows down as does the rest of our body (it's in a resting state) so we aren't burning off those calories. Thus the label "couch potato" and that reserved for people that become over-weight.
