No. I've been using it for 7 or 8 oil changes. Still blows smoke on start-up (leaking valve seals), but I have noticed an improvement in acceleration and fuel mileage.
There is no magic formula that will rejuvenate valve seals, only replacement.

Valve surfaces start to wear as soon as the engine is first started... what happens is a valves will cause a loss of compression, and when one is "burned" you'll have a "dead" cylinder They almost never ALL go bad at once.. worn rings, get a can of RESTORE, add it when you change oil. Replace one quart of oil when you change for the can of restore. The restore will help reseat the rings and hopefully reseal them to stop the blow by unless the rings are too far gone........and change out the PCV valve if you haven't. most blowback is caused by broken rings, not worn rings. adding any chemical only masks a problem and will just lead to a more expensive repair at a not to distanyt future

Did you replace valve stem oil seals. Anoter couse could be impropper ring clearance. The cause is probably your valve seats, check the margin to see if it is contacting the seat all around it or see if the seat is too high on the face
