Not without modification, the hinges are different, and depending on the type of top you may have different window tops, some are squared.
No, the 1994 model is a yj and they stopped making those in 1995. then a different model, the tj, started in 1997.

No. Door interchange: CJ7 and YJ doors are interchangeable. When you get into the pre 1981 style CJ7 door-the latches are different and must be changed (recessed paddle verses exterior latch). They did not make a wrangler in 1996. 97-2006 doors have the latch in a different location and different latch post type. The doors are physically the same size but the hardware is in different locations. The is true for both full and upper soft doors. The doors could be made to work with relocation of hardware but in my opinion not worth the hassle
It should. A 2005 wrangler hardtop fits a 1997 wrangler.

Get a 13 mm wrench and take the nuts off the bottom of the hinge pins. Ensure you remove the stop straps. Then remove the glove compartment, and remove the fuse to the doors to turn the dome light off.
Not exactly. The body styles are different. A 1991 Jeep Wrangler is a YJ as a 1999 is a TJ. t

Yes
I would try either a strap wrench, or, a pair of vice grips with a thick cloth covering the nut.
