Whenever you do,assure your tummy is full,intake protein diet cz you lose it fast with heavy sets,

Drink water minimum 8 glasses a day,have proper diet,timely workout & job schedule.

Never skip the schedule or be overburdened with work.it will spoil your health & all your labour you invested in gym workouts.
