Lincoln was not worried abut the slaves. he was worried about the loss of revenue form taxes if the south succeeded. there are several writings where Lincoln was wanting to repatriate the slaves back to Africa which is where they still want to be that is why they call themselves Afro Americans not just Americans.
But this is in reference to the mind set not the general condition to all men of Color. Many have contributed to the cause of development to this great country. but there are many that are lazy ingrates that prey on the weak. These are the ones that must be delt with severely to make amends for the rest.
Our Courts must change to bring order or chaos will ensue and we are on the path to anarchy.
