i believe somebody once told me that it could be your water pump is gone and it omly affects your car when you have reached normal operating temp.

Place something to catch the engine coolant beneath your 1990 Chevy Corsica radiator. Remove the radiator drain plug with a 9/16 ratchet. The engine coolant will drain out.

Yes it does. And it should be replaced, because most people do not replace them ever in the 3.1 engine. It is located underneath the far valve cover( not the one right in front, it's towards the back of the engine.) You may have to take off the upper intake to get to it.
A 1993 Chevy Corsica can only reach 111 MPH before the factory governor will be applied....this is with the 2.2 Liter engine
