Absoutely, it may be the culprit of the irregular idle. Start with the simple stuff first: Spark Plugs, then Spark Plug Wires, then Coil Pack, then the IAC Sensor and Throttle Positioning Sensor. If those do not cure issue then it may be fuel related: injectors and/or fuel pump

The speed sensor needs replaced. It is on the trans.
