The answer to this question is simple. Yes, a guy could text you, even if he wasn't interested in you. I have a guy-friend and we text all the time, when I get him to reply, and I'm pretty sure he isn't interested in me. But then again, he could like you and want to text, just so he can communicate with you. I would recommend playing hard to get if you like the guy. Leave him wondering. That draws him to you. I get secrets out of my guy easily. I trust him a ton thanks to texting. So go with your instincts. That should tell you what you need to know.

Well that all depends on who this person is to you, how important what you have to tell them is for example if its an emergency you would probably keep calling. But if its someone you are interested in and your not sure they are interested in you I wouldn't call back again wait for them to call you. If a few days go by, try one more phone call, if they don't respond they are not worth your time anyways.
