Please follow the next steps...
From "START" menu choose "RUN" command and input: regedit
then click ENTER! A Registry Editor will open!
VERY CAREFUL HERE PLEASE!;)
Click the following menus on the left to open the folder:
1) HKEY_CURRENT_USER ,
2) Software ,
3) Microsoft ,
4) CurrentVersion ,
5) internet Settings ,
6)*** Now using the right click,
DELETE the entire sub-folder called: Zones
7) Close RegEdit and reopen Yahoo Messenger!
BANG...with a bit of magic, now everything works again...
and you weren't reinstalling the entire PC ;)
PS: Try use a good anti-virus program from now on!
