If your parents report you as a runaway/missing (and I'm sure they will) then yes, the police can pick you up and return you home. Boyfriend can also be facing charges along the lines of contributing to the delinquency of a minor/harboring a runway/etc and maybe even more depending on the situation and the laws of your specific state.
