No, if you wanna look good and trim you're gonna have to just cut back on those fatty foods, even if you work out alot you need to diet too. It sucks so bad. But its not that hard once you get used to it. Also, if you get hungry you can chew a piece of gum or drink water. it helps you fill your stomach up with out atually eating.
