You can't personalize cards anymore and your computer tells you to enable ActiveX but this still doesn't work how can you fix this?

You have to enable ActiveX and try refreshing that page... If it still doesn't works restart your browser... Even then if it fails try updating your flash player...
Your problem is a built-in function in the IE of winxp service pack 2, to block all the activeX scripts... Use mozilla firefox...
