You have four options I can think of off hand.
One get in touch with whoever set the code and ask them for the code then input the code.?
Your second option is to speak to your local Buick dealership and ask them about unlocking the radio.
Third option is to get an unlock code from a third party.
Fourth option is to buy another radio.

I would call your local Buick dealership. Ask for the service department. Be straightforward and tell them that you need the radio code for a 97 Lesabre have the VIN # on hand and they should give you the code. Some dealerships will only release these over the phone to other dealers so you might want to tell a little white lie that you work for another dealership.

remove the screws and give it a slight tug
I worked on an 89 and what I did was unhook the negative connection to the battery and leave it off for 15 minutes. The reconnect it. You will need to fix the time and radio channels but normally the computer is reset
Remove the decorative radio retaining plate. Remove the retaining screws. Pull the radio out. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the antenna cable.
The radio in a 2002 Buick Century is changed by removing the bezel, disconnecting the wiring harness, and removing the retaining screws. It can then be pulled from its mounts and a new radio installed.
