Looking for pictures of such a cross would be up to you. They are not common. I suggest you try the links below and see if you can find some. What I can tell you is that a RIR /Silkie cross would most likely have no comb, rather it would have a "hair do" like a Silkie and bare legs like a Rhodie. We have one here at Jadeacres called Elvis. I cannot post her picture here.
A silky black copper chicken.
silkie
Silkie chickens are extremely calm. When you raise a silkie chicken from when young it helps. My sister got a silkie chicken from a chicken breeder online. At first the silkie would screech every time you would pick her up, but my sizer held her every day for about a week; now all I can say that chicken is the most tame and calm chicken we have... She even won 1st place in showing at the fair.
i have been told that the silkie crossed with a frizzle is a new breed of chicken called a sizzle.I myself am breeding for these birds as of this year...
There are a few different breeds of chicken. There are the Australorp, Black Shumen, Cubalaya, Silkie Bantam, Rhode Island Red, Delaware, are just a few of the breeds.
it is about 12 to 15 years.
Silkie chickens are a domesticated breed. Therefore, their habitat is a back yard in a chicken coop. That is the environment that suits them best!
A frizzle is a breed of chicken. It is a mix between a silkie and a cochin.
the rodent is a meerkat
All specific breed clubs have breed/ show standards that must be met. See related links below for a Silkie club.
You may obtain one by getting an egg from a friend's wall or chicken coop. I got a silky chicken when I hatched an English egg.
Only cross breeds. Those chickens without the normal comb and wattle may either be too young to have developed them yet or be crossed with a Silkie or Polish hen. The true Cuckoo Moran breed do indeed have combs and wattles.
