It is more than likely located behind the glove box. Remove the two clips on each side of the glove box that keep it from falling all the way down. This will allow the box to fall out and should reveal the filter or filters. A Honda CRV has 2 filters. If you purchase a Purolator cabin filter, it comes with instructions.
