You had a scan which says im 12 weeks and 4 days pregnant but you didnt have intercourse with your partner until 10 weeks and 4 days ago does this mean hes not the dad?

Medical pregnancy tests measure conception from the date of your last period, so it's possible your partner could be the father if conception occurred 2 weeks after your period (incidentally, the time of the month that you're most fertile).
