brake replacememnt should not make car shake
have your wheels balanced and see if that fixes the problem. may have lost a balance weight off wheels when wheels removed from vehicle
Have the tires balanced and/or check the wheels and tires for "round". A bent rim or damaged tire can cause shaking as well.
