Yes, that's always a problem with disk brake calipers. I use a large "C" clamp to bring the caliper piston back. Just tighten it slowly and it shouldn't be much trouble. Those things are really annoying sometimes but if you just work the clamp slowly and don't get impatient it should work well for you.
they can probably be changed the way as the 92 by just taking out both of the bolts on the caliper.
Should be the "peel off" type Remove wheel Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should slide off hub assembly

The 1958 Ford Coupe cost around $2,000 for a Custom model and $2,400 for a Fairlane 500 Coupe.
Is the rubber hose coming out of the brake caliper kinked? Also this may be a sign of a bad wheel bearing.
Need more information. Have you flushed the brake fluid in the last 100k miles? http://www.marksatterfield.com
take the caliper off and hang it to keep from breaking the brake line. there should be some clips on 2 of the studs. you can break them off with some dykes or break them off with a srewdriver or chisel and hammer. you will need a impact wrench with a Phillips head. they're about $20 or so. you loosen the screw and take it out. the rotors should just pull right off.
