You have a 2002 Wrangler The windshield wipers don't work but the washer does work how can you test the motor before you replace it what else might be the problem?

Take your glove box out the fuse panel you will see 20 fuses you will need to check # 14 this is for wipers it is a 20 amp fuse if that is ok try runing power from battery to the wiper motor or check that power is at the plug on the wiper motor.

I had a similar problem with my 1998 4.0L wrangler where it would take alot of cranking to start warm but start pretty well when cold. My problem was the fuel pressure regulator was busted. I had to have the fuel sending unit replaced to fix the problem. Also, before you do anything else, check for carbon deposits in your throttle body, that could be contributing to the problem.
