You have a 99 ford ranger 30 liter v-6 and it lost all oil pressure the engine is full of oil but its not getting it to the motor could this be a oil sending unit or a oil pump and if so can i replace?

It depends if you are getting oil to engine or not. When you start motor do you hear a clattering on the top end of motor. If so, then you indeed probabably are not getting oil to engine. Easy way to tell also is pull off vale cover and see if you are getting oil to top end of motor. believe me, you will know if your are pumping oil, it will be everywhere. If you are getting oil then probably oil pressure sending unit is bad. If not, then oil pump is bad.
