You probably have a bad coil. You have 2 of them, I would start with the primary.
nevermind it ended up being the ignition coil
had tune up on 1992 buick 350 new plugs cap wires still idleing rough
as long as the gap is correct the plugs don't matter.
try adjusting the ignition timing .
the plugs are already gapped On edit: That is not an answer, and you never install plugs without checking the gap. The correct answer is .035".
where can you find a diagram to correct the wires from the distributor to the spark plugs on 95 ford e250?
Buy the correct plugs and they come pre-gapped, especially platinum plugs as you are not supposed to alter gap on these at all. I think .035 is correct.
The spark plugs are screwed into the head on the passenger side of the motor. Theres six sparkplug cables connecting them to the distributor, just pull them off and the plugs are there in the recesses. Don't forget wich cable goes to wich plug because your car will not run if they aren't in the correct place.
Freeze plugs can split or be pushed out of place if the engine freezes up. The plugs slide tightly, or plug, into place.
Correct tuning, correct heat range plug, correct oil/gas ratio for the motor
0.35
bad plugs, bad spark plug wires, worn out engine no compression, bad timing. you name it.
