2 possibilities: - either you overfilled only a little and nothing will happen, - either you put in way too much fluid, which will overflow when the oil expands (when hot), and eventually leak on the right valve cover or the exhaust manifold (which will cause smoke and/or fire depending on the quantity of oil spilling out. The only way to remove excess Transmission Fluid is to insert a small hose through the dipstick tube and vacuum it out.
As far as I know, all automatic transmissions get filled through the dipstick tube.

Not sure but my 98 Town and Country did that last winter, turned out that my Trans fluid was extremely low because of a leak. Once i filled it to the proper level and and made sure it remained full, no problems. It still leaks slowly and i still have to make sure its filled. Beats a new transmission. sucks for the environment though, leaking and all.
It don't have one. It is filled for "lifetime" with very special and expensive transmission fluid.
