You ran out of gas in your 96 ford windstar put about 3-4 gallons in still wont start starter works engine cranks but wont start someone says its the fuel pump how much would that cost labor etc?

Only replace fuel pump with motorcraft fuel pump assembly(comes with sender and mounting bracket). labor is about 3.5 hours and cost of fuel pump, need to replace fuel filter also to get warranty on fuel pump. ----
Could also be:
* Fuel shutoff / inertia switch * Plugged fuel filter
