You recently installed a low mileage metro motor in your 91 Geo it came out of a older model Geo that was carburated need to know how to adjust the timing on her it is old school for me?

there should be a distributer (where the spark plug wires go) try loosening the 2 bolts and turning the distributer a little bit

If you are talking about "3 pumps" I assume that the vehicle is carburated. If so, you may need to adjust the choke a little better. Carburated vehicles are a little more picky when you try to start them. The engine needs to be tuned up and the carb needs to be adjusted properly.
