Your 1987 Fleetwood has the 5.0 engine and it runs good and starts easily but it smokes like a son of a gun mainly blue smoke any ideas?

If smoke is coming from the tailpipe, then could be worn rings, burned piston or valve guides are gone. Compression test will check rings and burned piston.
If from under the hood, check valve cover leaks onto the exhaust manifold.

Because there is antifreeze int he system and it takes a while to burn through. Also replace the bottom hose too. <> If it smokes from under the hood, It has antifreeze on the engine exterior, You can wash it off. Or just drive it and it will burn off. If it smokes from the exhaust, There is engine damage.
