I have a 92 Buick century that had that problem about 2 yrs ago.You need a new crank sensor.Mine is located by turning the wheels to the right and looking straight thru until you see the engine area. There are 2 bolts holding a cover on take them off and you will see a plug,I think it looks like an electrical connection plug, that's a cam sensor replace it and your all set.I took mine to a repair shop and it stayed there over night was fixed the next day cost me over 200.00 then a friend showed me where it was located.Good luck..
