The bands in your trans need to be tightened.Or,your fluid level could be low.Its a workshop job unless you know what you are doing.Trans service at local garage should sort it.

Automatic transmission fluid does not squeal. You have a different problem. Brakes squeal, bearings squeal, and belts squeal. Fluids do not squeal. You had better take your vehicle to a mechanic.

They might tell you that the transmission would have to be removed from the vehicle in order to determin the problem. if so, most shops offer to do this at a reasonable price.
