mY 1996 Dodge STRATUS WON'T START UNLESS JUMPED, WHEN I SUT IT OFF IT WON'T RESTART 7 BATTERY DASH LITE COMES ON.
My '99 Stratus was giving me similar problems. You should check the battery terminals and have the battery tested. Usually, a battery leaks acid and builds corrosion eating away at the terminals so that you will have the dome light and even radio but it will not be able to start. Does it make any clicking noises?
on the stratus i believe that the car has to be on a lift and the battery has to be taken out from under the car via the wheel well. I am exactly sure if this is totally correct because I'm more of a GM guy. You are right the car has to be lifted, the wheel well front piece has a few screws you have to undo to open it. Theres your battery. Some people find it easier to remove with the tire remove but it can be done without doing that.
I do believe that u mean stratus
I believe it is in the gas tank, Declan.
Hi, the fuse box it's located next to the fender of the driver side, on top of the battery, I believe the cover says "Fuse and Relay Center", hope this help.
hi there, i have a 95 neon and i do believe they have the same engine, and hoping they have they same battery box... mine was in the bottom of the battery box in the front... all you will see is a little black half ball-like thing with a nut around it.... just be SURE you DO NOT over tighten it as i know this from personal experience. hope that helps ya.
I believe that battery would have three syllables.
Plymouth breeze and a neon i believe good luck
Believe it or not, you have to do it through the driver's side front wheel well. It is easiest if you remove the wheel first in order to give you enough room to work. Once you locate it, the rest is possible with typical hand tools.
On Pre-OBDII cars - Chrysler use 2 digit codes. So I believe you have 2 separate codes "12" and "55". "12" is the battery has been disconnected recently "55" is end of stored codes
maybe TRISH stratus will return she said it at her 2009 interview and if you don't believe me go to youtube or google videos and write Raw After The Bell - Trish stratusinterview
I believe 8 is the common number of guns in a battery
too many electrial things on that circuit, check your electrial box, see if its marked as for the fuses, like 35, 20, 10, the higher amps are for dryers, furnace, hot water, range, chances are too many things are plugged in. Try turning off everything you believe is on the same line or wall, run the AC see if it stops. also mark your breaker box as to what each circut controls, search electrial
My battery which is located underneath the back sit, held strong for 9 years , I believe its because it is away from the heat. But normally an in engine bay battery would last 2 or 4 year.
If you are referring to a Deville, you need a specialized vented battery. That I believe is 14-15 volts. Dont use anything other than this specific battery. I have seen damaged caddys because of it.
Yes I believe a 2.4L dual overhead cam is an interference motor
I believe it runs on a battery.
I believe you are talking about the button that releases the battery cover, so you can get to the PSP's battery.
sulfuric acid I believe.
In the trunk I believe??
According to the document linked to, that battery will run down to 1.8V, which I believe qualifies as deep cycle.
I think you have to remove the driver's side front tire and the battery is up in front of that. Believe it or not!
I believe you mean the controller. You will need to buy a rechargeable battery.
I believe it is in the trunk on the right side.
I believe its only 9volts, because if the power goes out that 9 volt battery will still keep the alarm activated.
Batteries are made of what I believe is copper, zinc or metal and the outside of the battery protects the energy but slowly leaks it depends on what brand and what battery. Duracell make battery to protect the energy for up to 10 years.
