If the computer shuts down before you cant get on the main computer screen every time then you must get a back up of your hardrive and you have to wipe the hardrive clean and buy Windows again (unless you still have it with the original code) but your computer will be completely blank. If you can get on the main screen and go on the internet then download AVG it is a FREE softwear scanner and will get rid of your virus. I had one and had to wipe my hardrive clean. If you do lose any important information get it off the backup you have made then collect it. Np : )
