Sounds like it could be a bad socket or wiring to same
I don't know of a flasher TERMINAL. There is a turn signal flasher in the wiring under the dash next to the steering column and an emargency flasher that sometimes is in the fuse panel.
UR ALARM IS MALFUNCTIONING
They are sometimes interchangeable but not very often. They have different wattage requirements in some cases so you need to purchase the correct flasher.
Probably a bad flasher
I may be slightly off, but I have noticed the 'click' for the flasher is coming from the hazzard flasher button. I have removed the harness and found the turn signals do not work as long as the switch is disconnected. Hope this helps!! Just replaced mine. The Emergency Flasher switch (button) on the dashboard serves as the turn signal flasher also. Around a $35.00 item. You have to disassemble the face of the dashboard.. relatively easy, about 45 minutes.
it is under the drivers side by the pedals, lie on your back under the steering column and it is the larger black relay on the right. You have to pull it hard to get it out and it should say Flasher and the part number good luck 2000 Toyota Sienna Blinker/Hazard flasher relay. Flasher relay part number toyota-81980-AA1, Flasher relay part number generic-Tridon EP35. Flasher relay location- Looking at the fuse panel from the feet up view, the flasher relay is on the back, left wall of the fuse panel. The relay prongs, quantity three, are enveloped by the flasher relay casing which makes it difficult to extract the flasher relay from its location. The flasher relay will need to be pulled up and away from the person removing it. After replacing the flasher relay; the flasher can be tested by actuating the hazard/emergency flashers button without the ignition key engaged, the left blinker or right blinker will not work without the ignition key engaged.
It is possible if the flasher relay is going out or has gone bad.
Did you get an answer from another source? My turn signals will neither one work sometimes. But other times they work just fine. I am certain that it is the flasher as the emergency flashers don't work sometimes either. Stiil haven't come up with the location of the flasher though.
replace your hazard flasher. I have the same problem
Replace the Flasher Relay.Replace the Flasher Relay.
If you are refering to the turn signal flasher, you have to remove the driver side lower dash panel. It is not hard to do, the flasher is located on the back of the fuse box. I have not tried to get to it without removing the panel, but it may be possible. There is also a retainign clip on the flasher that you have to remove to get the flasher out.
Check the 2005 GMC Envoys turn signal flasher. The flasher could have an intermittent issue causing the signals to not work.
