It has often been said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and research has found that to be true. Studies have shown that those who eat breakfast tend to weight loss than those who do not. The Big Breakfast Diet encourages dieters to eat a 600 to 800 calorie breakfast that is high in carbohydrates and protein in order to feel fuller throughout the day. The diet then includes another 600 calories that are to be divided for lunch and dinner.
Depends on how big a breakfast, how active and how much you currently weigh. I typically lose between 1 and 2 pounds while I'm sleeping every night, though it is mostly water weight. The first week of a diet will usually yield something in the neighborhood of 5 pounds, but it really depends on gender and weight.

The Big Breakfast diet operates on the premise that a large meal at the beginning of the day will help to boost metabolism. The breakfast should be eaten before 9AM and have around 600 calories. As much weight as you create a caloric deficit for. Any diet will cause you to lose weight if it allows you to take in fewer calories than you expend. How large and sustainable that deficit is will determine how much you lose. If you exercise more, or eat differently, it will affect your weight- big surprise, huh? So you can't stick a number on any diet.
It depends on what you eat. Purely becoming Vegan does not ensure weight loss. In order to lose weight, you will need to burn more calories than you consume in a day, so even if you eat Vegan, you could still be eating unhealthy food. Here is a link to a "skinny" Vegan diet that should be able to help you lose weight. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/skinny-diet-not-big-on-meatw-sweets
Fat makes fat. Meat has fat. It will be very hard to lose weight if you don't want to eat vegetables. You might drink a liquid diet shake but it's not going to help if you eat a big hamburger. You have to exercise and eat less to lose weight.
Eat a good meal for breakfast and lunch and skip dinner, because when you have a big dinner, and go to sleep you are not working the food off. But if you don't have dinner and have a good breakfast you will work of the food in the day.
not really... If you have a big butt you are going to live with it the rest of your life. And if you want to go on a diet to loose some of your butt then go ahead.
another great way to lose weight is DO NOT Drink any soda or energy drinks...i lost 12 pounds the first month its a big difference
it all depends on the age of the child because if there are, lets say, under 10 then a diet is not healthy for them what so ever. a child grows and to grow and develop properly they need a healthy balanced diet and some extra fat. the child may be tubby to Begin with but as s/he enters the teen years all the tubbyness will grow out. if the child is over 10 then there are many different diets s/he can do to lose weight. there is the cabbage diet, the rainbow diet and many more. alot of these diets are extreme though and can lead to anorexia so if the child wants to lose weight to a healthy weight then they need to eat a balanced diet everyday, have 6 mini meals a day instead of 3 big ones and exercise lots. the more exercise you do the quicker you burn off the calories you have eaten and the faster you lose weight. hope this helps :)
Well honestly it depends on how much you weighed to begin with. However, if you were skinny before you started to excersize and diet, that is very unhealthy. But, if you were overweight, I don't think its that big of a deal, especially because you lose the most weight in the beginning.
No. It becomes smaller as well.
