Just use a flat head screw driver to pry it off.
Replacing a window motor in a 1999 Villager is quite easy. You will need to take the door panel off and unassembled the motor and put in the new motor.

Cause the window motor is out
Simply raise the car and support the engine on a jack, then unbolt it.

Open the glove compartment and remove it. Disconnect the electrical connector and the three mounting screws. Remove motor.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1993 Mercury Villager windshield washer motor pump. Remove the windshield washer pump hoses. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new windshield washer motor pump.
