Easier than it sounds. Start with the 4 fasteners in the scuff pad on the top of the bumper.
Use a screwdriver or whatever to pry up the centre part of the fastener. It's just a pin, or call it a plug, that expands the bottom of the fastener to tighten it in the hole. When the pin is up about 3/8 of an inch the rest of the fastener should pry out easily. If not, pull the pin completly out.
Four more in the underside of the bumper, plus six in the wheelwells. When they are all out jiggle the bumper from both sides, then pull it straight back.
