Most likely a clogged fuel lie, filter, or obstruction at fuel pump in tank. Also check tank venting and cap that might create "vapor lock".
No that means its your computer its not runescape you ass
sounds like the ignition control module
sounds like an ignition coil
Well...it turned out to be the ignition module located in the distributor. Replaced, and it stays running - no cutouts now. Hope this will help someone!However...the car will still idle high after a few minutes running, and then the service light comes on. Rev the throttle once, and it evens out (goes back down) and the light goes out. Any ideas out there considering everything that has been replaced on the car now? Thank You!
the ignition switch is bad. you have to replace the ignition switch and you will have to have a new key made with it. i just replaced it in my 1992 seville. that will solve your problem.
Disconnect battery cables from battery for 30 minutes and then reconnect battery it then resets.
because the computer is wasting to much energy. P.S. save your work for every 15 minutes. also you have a microsoft, its one of its fine perks =================================== I would first check your memory. Memory that is failing can cause frequent reboots as can overheating of the processor, motherboard or hard drive.
you did not mention what year, but are you sure it was the ignition and not the anti theft system. If you think it could be the anit theft system, than you can try turning the key on for 10 minutes and than off for on e and repeat this and than see if it starts.
30 minutes. What times they change exactly depends on the time the server restarts, and differs a lot.
It's not the Battery, Saturn has a problem with there Ignition cylinders. It will need to be replaced. the Dealer charges about $400.00 but you can do it yourself for about $70.00 in parts. The easiest way for you to do it , is get a Manuel or go to youtube.com and watch a video. It took me about thirty minutes.
You replace the ignition cylinder and then turn the ignition (with key) to on position. All dash lights will light up in the on position. After a few seconds only the security light will flash. Leave the ignition on for 10 minutes while the security light flashes. At the end of the 10 minutes the security light will go out. This will be the first cycle of reseting the E.C.M. to read the new cylinder and ignition system replacement. At this point you do this process two more times. This will take proximately 30 minutes. At the end of all three cycles the car should come on. If you want someone to walk you through it E mail me at archuleta67@gmail.com.
The issue you're experiencing with your 1994 Sunbird shutting off after 35 minutes of running could be related to several factors, such as overheating, a failing ignition system, or a fuel delivery problem. The engine may be reaching a temperature that triggers a safety shutdown, or there could be an electrical issue causing it to restart after cooling down. It's advisable to check the coolant levels, inspect the ignition components, and examine the fuel system for any blockages or failures. If the problem persists, consulting a mechanic for a thorough diagnosis would be beneficial.
