Low pressure test ports are near the receiver/dryer on most vehicles. If you can't find it near the firewall, check between the receiver/dryer and the compressor. A few vehicles don't have a low pressure test port. In that case, the system is tested by pulling the low pressure sensor, jumping it and connecting the gauges directly to the receiver/dryer. But check the entire length of the low pressure line before you do that.

It is located in the valve cover. There will be a large vacuum hose that goes to it. Always purchase a quality valve as it is very important for crankcase ventilation.
Look on your exhaust manifold on the back side of the engine for a tube running to a valve with a sensor and vacuum line
If you are looking for the location of the PCV valve, check the link to the left of this answer. It is in the upper-left part of the picture, which is the right side of the engine, as you look at it from in front of the van.If you want to know how to replace the PCV valve, just disconnect the vacuum line from the top of the valve and then pull it out.Installation is the reverse of this procedure.Take Care,Greg
