If you are looking for the location of the PCV valve, check the link to the left of this answer. It is in the upper-left part of the picture, which is the right side of the engine, as you look at it from in front of the van.
If you want to know how to replace the PCV valve, just disconnect the vacuum line from the top of the valve and then pull it out.
Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
